Twill

This band is woven in twill binding. I started it during a course in Potshausen with Mr Staudigel an Mr van Scharrenburg. It is certainly not for beginners. I think there is no name for this kind of knots: you can call them celtic, germanic, islamic or buddhist. By the way it is made with the same warp as the example of the Egyptian Diagonals.
